Our Story

For the past 15 years, Adam has worked in leadership roles in both corporate and start-up companies in the retail, supply chain, logistics, and recruiting industries. In 2022, when his son was returning home from kindergarten at 2:30 pm due to staffing shortages in the after-school program, Adam founded Radar Talent Solutions to help his local school district hire more childcare providers. When not working, Adam is either bike riding, sledding, running, or attempting a woodworking project. Adam lives in Edina, MN with his wife Rachael and their two kids (Jonah, age 7 and Margo, age 5) and two goldfish (Goldy, Silver).

Keri has over 9 years of Human Resource experience in both the Hospitality and Healthcare industries. While her passion is in strategic planning and employee benefits, Keri also has a wealth of high volume recruiting knowledge. Keri lives in Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth area) with her spouse and 4 kids. When not working she can be found either at a kids sporting event or reading a good book.

 Kerry worked in optical and electronics manufacturing with experience in quality control, continuous improvement, process development/improvement, operations and process auditing. She has been an advocate for children and young adults with disabilities for the past 20 years. Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband James and two sons Jakob and Aiden, especially biking, hiking, and walking the family dog, Birdie.

Ed has over 15 years of leadership experience in the sports marketing and financial services industries, where he specialized in product strategy and data analytics. Outside of work, Ed is a passionate college hockey fan (cheering for Boston University!) and enjoys hiking & trail running with his partner Julie and their two Goldendoodles, Coco & Chanel.

George comes to us with a background of 15 plus years experience in HR, Recruiting, Directing, and Strategic development. He has worked with Sprint, Search Xpress, Overland Solutions, and Levi Ray and Strauss. He works part time as a recruiter and part time as an actor in TV and Film under the name George M. Dean.

Orquidea is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). She has always had a passion for understanding the dynamics of human interactions and helping others reach their full potential. This passion led Orquidea to pursue a career in HR, where she has excelled and worked as an HR Coordinator, Talent Management Specialist and Recruiter in various industries such as Higher Education and HealthCare. Orquidea lives in New Jersey with her husband Carlos and their two kids (Adrian, age 3 and Amanda, age 1). When not working, she loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Sherri is a multifaceted professional with a diverse range of skills and experiences. With over 15 years of expertise in high volume recruiting, HR generalist, and payroll administration, Sherri has consistently excelled in the field of human resources. She is a firm believer in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and strives to inspire others to embrace a holistic lifestyle. In her spare time, Sherri enjoys exploring nature, meditation, and engaging in creative pursuits. Her unwavering commitment to continuous learning and self-development fuels her drive to make a positive impact in both the professional and personal realms.

April began her career in human resources at Target headquarters, where she worked in recruiting, HR generalist, HR operations and systems management. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager for Music Association of Minnetonka, a local non-profit. She is a UW-Madison and U of MN Carlson School alum. She loves to read in her spare time and lives with her husband and two children in Chanhassen, MN. The family enjoys travel and is attempting to visit all of the U.S. National Parks.

Paige has over 17 years of experience in the education field as a special education teacher. She has been teaching online for the last 12 years & has been involved in the school’s marketing & financial committees. Outside of work, Paige & her husband enjoy attending their 3 kid’s sporting events, traveling & squeezes in a lake day whenever possible.

Kay has a wide range of experience from administration work, HR recruiter, and taught as a full-time substitute teacher at a local charter school. Kay is excited to help recruit for the local schools and bring positive-minded individuals who care for the students and bring out the best in the students. In addition to the meaningful work as a recruiter for Radar Talent Solutions, she owns various small e-commerce businesses, is a Certified Lamaze Childbirth Educator and a birth doula.

Emily is a passionate and skilled professional specializing in social media management and graphic design. With degrees in Graphic Design and Photography from Montana State University, she brings a strong foundation in visual communication and branding. Emily has a wide range of experience in digital asset management, developing content strategies, and video/photo editing for various small businesses, allowing her to create cohesive and impactful digital content. Her proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools enhances her ability to deliver high-quality visuals. Outside of work, Emily's love for gardening and art fuels her creativity and attention to detail, enhancing her ability to nurture ideas and deliver innovative results.
