When is the $1,000 placement fee charged?

The $1,000 placement fee is only charged when a candidate we sourced and introduced to you starts employment and successfully completes 30 days in good standing. This ensures we're incentivized to find candidates who are the right fit for your district.

What counts as "one department" in the Single Department plan?

A department is defined as a functional area within your district. For example, Special Education is one department (covering SPED Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Aides, etc.). Other examples include Nutrition Services, Transportation, or Child Care. If you need to hire across multiple departments, our Multi-Department plan provides unlimited access.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time and changes take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact your account manager to make changes to your subscription.

What if a candidate leaves before 30 days?

No placement fee is charged if the candidate leaves or is terminated before completing 30 days in good standing.

Is the placement fee charged for every hire?

No. The $1,000 placement fee only applies to candidates that Radar sources and introduces to you. If you find and hire a candidate through our platform on your own (without our sourcing assistance), there is no placement fee - just your monthly subscription.

What's included in the free trial?

Our free 30-day trial includes full access to the Single Department plan features, including priority candidate matching and a dedicated account manager. No credit card required to start, and no placement fees during the trial period.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes! All plans paid annually receive a 15% discount. For example, Single Department becomes $1,275/month when billed annually ($15,300/year vs. $18,000/year monthly). Contact our sales team to set up annual billing.

Can multiple schools in our district use one subscription?

Yes! The multi-department plan includes multi-site management, allowing different schools within your district to post jobs and manage candidates through a centralized dashboard. Each site can have its own interviewers while maintaining district-level oversight.
